“ Best tasting food on earth! The dishes are like my grand-grand mothers, so traditional, so fresh and homemade, just incredible!!! Thank you for feeding us, this pace is a gem! ”
“ Best pork souvlaki, excellent fried zucchini and salad. Nice little colourful village. ”
“ Fantastic! Delicious food and a very kind host :) ”
“ Authentic small restaurant with small but great choice of very delicious meals. Very tasty, natural, perfect. Meat was juicy, zucchini were delicious but I especially recommend yellow hard toasted cheese! ”
“ New owner, still a great local cafe ”
“ Set in a very small/quiet town is this traditional restaurant. The lady who served us was very welcoming and helpful and the food and prices were good. They had no lamb unfortunately so I had the veal steak which was tasty but quite tough. However they made the best fried zucchini out of any restaurant that we tried in Afytos during our time here! ”
“ By far the best restaurant in town. The owner is a very kind lady and the cook also. Very nice people and a nice ambiance. The food was incredible. Very tender meat and perfectly grilled chicken filet. If I could I would give them more point but five is the maximum amount. Opposed to the restaurant near the beach at the tourist places we genuinely stilled out hunger. The portions were big enough and more. Thank you for your hostility! ”
“ A bit hidden and away from mass tourism this is a real gem! Family-owned and humble-looking this place won my heart. We visited just three days after the tornado in Halkidiki and just the meat options and some fried zucchini were available that day. But what we had was just so yummy!!! Even my 2 year old was always asking for more. The food is cooked in a open kitchen infront of you. The furniture is like 40 years old. But don't judge the place by its looks. The staff is really friendly, the toilet was very clean. The lady who was cooking speaks also good English. The menu is simple and in Greek, English and German. They accept also card payments. I highly recommend the pork ribs, the fried zucchini and the souvlaki. It was worth the drive away from the coast up in the hills. And be so kind to take some time to chat with the locals. I ”
